Announcing the snapshot of deBridge Points Season 1 and the launch of Season 2
As you know, deBridge is moving fast towards the introduction of DBR, the governance token of the deBridge ecosystem. The launch of DBR is a tremendous marker in our journey toward becoming a community-owned protocol — and the deBridge Points program is one of the most important vehicles for this process.
The first season of deBridge Points has been a tremendous success, seeing over 2.3 million transactions over the course of the season, bringing in nearly 250,000 new deBridge users. Over the past 15 weeks, the community has actively bridged over $2 billion in volume, accumulating nearly 1.5 billion points.
Season 1 Snapshot
We are excited to announce that deBridge has successfully taken the Season 1 Snapshot on July 23, 2024, 21:00 UTC. As we move forward, all users will now automatically start accruing points for deBridge Season 2.
Highlights of Season 1

Distribution of Points
Our pie chart above highlights the distribution of deBridge points across the different categories.
Points granted to users for their cross-chain bridging activity on deBridge and applications of our integration partners have captured a healthy share of 73.3% of all points.
Referral points granted to active community members who shared their referral links as well as integration partners (Jupiter, Solflare, Banana Gun, Birdeye, and many others that have been important for deBridge’s success so far) that integrated deBridge API or Widget represent 7.5% of all points distribution.
Moreover, 17.5% of all points were accrued by addresses that paid deBridge messaging fees. E.g. solvers that initiate unlock messages on deBridge Liquidity Network (DLN) after providing liquidity to users, and also users and projects that have used our cross-chain asset custody solution (dePort) is order to bring their assets cross-chain.
~0.9% of points were assigned to addresses that supplied liquidity to deSwap v1 pools on Curve, before deBridge moved to a zero TVL model.
~0.27% are assigned as messaging referral points to projects and addresses referring users for deBridge messaging.
~0.5% of all points were granted as IaaS points to blockchain ecosystems that initiated deBridge IaaS subscription in order to get their chains connected to deBridge infrastructure.
In our effort to create a positive and sustainable system, deBridge Points are allocated to users, referrers, and integrators based on the fees they pay and bring to the deBridge protocol.

The Beginning of Season 2
We are excited to announce the start of Season 2 of deBridge Points, marking another step forward in our ongoing mission to become a community-owned protocol and to allocate even more power to the hands of our community.
We want to continue to reward our loyal community members across the entire deBridge ecosystem. This includes everyone who has used a deBridge product or has contributed to our mission, including our valued partners and integrators such as Jupiter, Solflare, Birdeye, and others who have brought major revenues to us.
How are points accrued in Season 2?
The more you use deBridge, the more points you earn.
We believe anyone who has paid fees to use any deBridge product is a part of our community and should be rewarded. With that said, early supporters are incentivized to be a part of our progress and development.
This means you are granted points for using the deBridge protocol, including our revamped deBridge app and the applications of our current (and future) integration partners.
Without further ado, here are the ways to earn points across the deBridge ecosystem.
Making Bridge Transfers
Earn points for making bridge transfers across the deBridge ecosystem, including the deBridge app and any partner application.
Points assigned for cross-chain trading fees terms are the same as Season 1, you earn 100 points for every $1 paid in fees. For example, if a user pays $3 in fees to the protocol in a transaction, they’ll earn 300 points.
Please note that you earn points only on cross-chain trades, as same-chain trades are routed directly through our integration partners.
For deBridge IaaS fees: 1$ = 30 points
For cross-chain messaging fees in Season 2: 1$ = 30 points
Loyalty Multipliers
Your Season 1 multipliers remain intact and will continue to be valid until we introduce our new points league system which we’re working on. We will share further details about the league system with everyone soon.
As a special reward, any user who was active for at least three different days during Season 1 and did not have a multiplier will receive a 1.1x multiplier for Season 2. Refer to the table below to understand the loyalty multipliers for Season 2.

Solflare Wallet and JUP Stakers Tier
From the launch of deBridge Points and beyond, as per our commitment to support the Solflare and Jupiter team and their users. This multiplier is stackable with the user’s multipliers and applicable only for cross-chain value transfers performed in the deBridge app and initiated from Solana through Solflare or Soflare Metamask Snap wallet options. On the Jupiter side, it includes JUP Stakers that were eligible during the snapshot we made earlier this year.
Date range: From today until the league system is introduced.
Can multipliers be stacked/combined?
Note that multipliers can be stacked, where eligible. For example, the Jupiter staking, or Solflare Wallet multipliers are stackable (see original points announcement for terms), and users that fall into Tier 2 will earn 1.5x on future activity (1.1x + 1.1x + 1.3x).
Where can I see my points balance?
Simply connect your wallet to view your points balance reflected in the top menu of the Explorer.

Making Referrals
Referrers earn 25% on top of all the points generated through their referral link. This is valid for both individual referrers and integrator (partner) referrers.

Integrating deBridge
Just like individual referrers, integration partners who leverage deBridge API, Widget, or interact with deBridge smart contracts will also accrue 25% of the total number of points generated by their users.
Integration partners can generate a referral/integration code here to set it in the Widget builder or have it passed in all queries to deBridge API. We invite teams to generate the integration code here to join a great group of partners such as Jupiter, Solflare, Banana Gun, and Zeta, who have already integrated deBridge into their apps.
deBridge IaaS (Integrators)
deBridge IaaS is the first-ever service for EVM & SVM blockchain ecosystems, enabling high-performance cross-chain interoperability with a single subscription. IaaS allows teams to be able to focus on what they love building while being free to onboard users, liquidity, and growth opportunities from the entire chainscape.
Our deBridge IaaS-initialized chains accrue 30 points for every $1 in fees paid to the protocol while users can easily trade between any integrated chains (including IaaS) and earn points for their activity. Multipliers are not applied to IaaS fees.
