Integrating 0x Swap API for Transparent and Bulletproof Bridge Quotes
We’re excited to announce that we have integrated 0x API, a fully integrated suite of APIs for scaling DeFi products, to bring better pricing and fault tolerance on all bridge trades across the deBridge ecosystem.
To deliver the best rates to users, deBridge needs a high-performance solution for calculating fees and expenses in real time — a bridge quote doesn’t only reflect the current market exchange rate; it also bundles together all included fees. Quotes are complex, and must cover all implicit operating expenses incurred by private market makers during and after order fulfilment (that includes the gas costs for fulfillment and the unlocking of liquidity in the source chain).
With our new integration of 0x API, we’re improving more transparent swap routes and more reasonable quotes. Swap API aggregates liquidity from 100+ AMMs and professional market markers and utilizes smart order routing to deliver the best prices.
0x API is under the hood in a number of leading Web3 applications spanning across fintech, self-custody wallets, and Web3-native organizations. To date, they have processed over $148 billion in trading volume for all their clients.
Our integration with the 0x API gives more objective quotes for all bridge trades, along with:
- Onchain Liquidity: 0x will help enable better onchain liquidity for all our users, aggregating liquidity from 100+ AMMs and professional market makers.
- Improved Fault Tolerance: We aim to provide more objective quotes for all the bridge orders.
- Increased Resilience: Orders have a higher chance of fulfillment, significantly reducing stuck orders.
