Metis is live on deBridge

Continuing our march towards a singularly interconnected DeFi landscape, today we announce support for Metis, a permissionless Layer-2 aiming to be the ‘superfluid self-sustainable blockchain.’

Metis is a Layer-2 scaling solution that uses optimistic rollup technology to offload smart contract execution to Ethereum while solving some of the major challenges, such as transaction speed, scalability, and gas fees.

Metis is our fourth IaaS-initialized chain, and today becomes instantly composable with every blockchain ecosystem supported on deBridge, along with access to the following features:

1. High-performance bridging: Metis invites users and builders to explore the dApps of tomorrow built in the ecosystem. Anyone can bridge with near-instant settlement, deep liquidity, and protection from MEV and slippage.
2. Transfers of authenticated messages: With deBridge IaaS, Metis can securely transfer messages via decentralized infrastructure across all our supported chains.

We now ensure the ease of bridging assets to Metis from all the supported chains, including Ethereum, Solana, Base, Optimism, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Polygon, BSC, Neon EVM, Gnosis, and LightLink.
