Welcome to the first edition of the deBridge Monthly Update. As this is our first ever ecosystem update, we’ll include events from the past months. From here onwards, we will start releasing these updates on a monthly basis.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
- We recently updated our website with a fresh new look that provides a better overview of what deBridge is all about.
- Testnet 2.0 launched in early November with a vast range of new features and overall improvements. You can try it out here. See testnet metrics from our explorer. Thanks to our community for providing invaluable input and feedback!
- We passed security audits from Halborn and Zokyo.
EVENTS
- 20–21 October: LisCon.
CEO and Co-Founder Alex Smirnov presented “The Future is Multi-chain” on the side stage at LisCon. We encourage everyone to have a look if you’re interested in how the blockchain ecosystem will be moving towards a multi-chain future.
- 7–10 November: Solana Breakpoint
Alex participated in a panel discussion called “Transfer Layer: Scalability and Cross-Chain Bridges” with other cross-chain projects in the space.

VALIDATORS
- deBridge currently has 15 active validators and welcomes more experienced and reputable companies that are focusing on running infrastructure. This is an important component to bootstrap the protocol and have it decentralized from the very beginning. If you run a validator, reach out to us!
DEVELOPERS
- We’ll be releasing several tutorials on how you can integrate and build on top of deBridge. If you’re interested in getting started right away, we encourage you to reach out to us on Telegram or Discord, or send us an email at [email protected]. We will get started with all the necessary information and documentation to facilitate the process.
- We’re very excited to work with great projects and developers to help them go cross-chain in a seamless and effective manner!
SOME HIGHLIGHTS
- deBridge core contributor Petr Korolev won the Main Stage award at ETH Lisbon. Him and his team made a protocol to modify existing NFTs with the help of neural networks using different filters (adding animation and movements, changing style, background, and many others).
- We passed 5000 followers on Twitter. The entire deBridge team is very excited and thankful for our enthusiastic and amazing community. To the next 5000 and beyond!
- Media mentions by Crypto Daily™ and Take My Muffin (TMM).
- Interviews and AMAs with Migoi (Vietnamese) and Cyber Academy (Russian). We’re always open to join podcasts to talk about deBridge and the new era of cross-chain interoperability!
- Meme contest just ended with 100+ entries! Our community certainly knows how to create some good memes.
